At OSSAE Asia Pacific Diocese Sunday School, we are dedicated to the spiritual growth and development of children from Prep to Year XII within the Malankara Indian Orthodox Churches in the Asia Pacific Region. Our mission is to enlighten and nurture children, guiding them to become individuals who live by the Word of God and embrace Orthodox principles of faith. We are committed to instilling these virtues through our comprehensive programs and activities.

Sunday Classes

Our classes are held every Sunday following the Holy Eucharist, catering to students from Prep to Year XII. We have provided textbooks, ensuring a consistent and enriching educational experience.

Annual Teachers Conference

Each year, we host an online Teachers Conference featuring a guest speaker who provides valuable insights and guidance to our dedicated teachers.

Talent Show & Competitions

We encourage churches to organize unit-level competitions and training sessions to showcase and develop the talents of our children. Plans are underway for a Diocese-level competition to further celebrate and nurture these talents.

Orthodox Vacation Bible School (OVBS)

Starting in July 2025, our region will host the Orthodox Vacation Bible School. In addition to OVBS activities, various competitions will be held to encourage participation and engagement from children and churches alike.

Annual Exams for Class X and XII

We conduct regional exams annually for students in Class X and XII, awarding certificates of completion to recognize their achievements.

Our Sunday School organization is dedicated to building a strong foundation of faith and church life in our children. This mission is made possible through the prayers and support of our committed Priests, teachers and volunteers in the community. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the churches and units for their cooperation and support over the years.
